Serial Space encourages the production of new and experimental artworks for artists working across performance, sound and visual arts. We aim to provide a supportive framework for developing work which is socially engaged, non-commercially orientated, critical, experimental and/or process and research based. The exhibition space is a hybrid meeting place between art and life - existing as a residency, gallery, occasional venue and theatre and a place to talk and hang out. We therefore encourage applications from artists who are comfortable with these cross over points and can see their work developing within this framework. We are now accepting applications for Onsite Developments, Exhibitions and Workshops.
